Sorry, but I can't help it. As mentioned on another thread, I love reading their board. They are such whining little brothers. Here are my favorite active thread names over there. Enjoy...

- "Blind Resume" - Worried about the bubble guys? Better keep winning.

- "Xavier Spread" - A poll that reads, "Did you LOL when you saw Xavier was favored by 11.5?" - Apparently, it wasn't quite enough. Hope Cryers fans took a bath placing those bets.

- "My New Conspiracy Theory" - This is the one about Sean "orchestrating" the pregame scuffle. Rrrrrrrrright. Because we needed to find a way to beat UD at home.

- "Kurt Huelsman Sxxxks" - He does? You don't say.

- "Black Unis? Yea or Nea" - "You really think it matters, Eddie?"

- "1 more shot this season" - Thy want another ass-whoopin, I guess. Shouldn't they be focusing on Duquesne.

I know, I know. It's just UD. Sorry, but it's fun for me. That's all for now. I could go on all night.

I think they have a lot of old timers on that board, which is why it seems so gay. Maybe they have a mix of age ranges, but it doesn't seem like it to me. Their board reminds me of what message boards would be if they would have had them in the 1950s.

I would love to see X play UD again in the conf. tourney. We are a better team. There's no getting around that.

As for the bitter mood at UDpride. That's understandable.

Hey, people. Doug Harris has the obligatory crybaby injury story in his post game package. Hell, he even goes back into the Dayton Daily News archives for last years' injuries. Unbelievable. And Tom Archdeacon, usually a pretty fair columnist, Hugginsed it. He puked all oer the page.:D

That is bad considering nothing else is going on in this town.

1530 did send/allowed a couple guys to go to the game. C. Trent posted two youtube videos. Him and Mo did write a little bit about the game. Nothing in depth was written, but its the most attention they have given a game all year.

That's only because Mo is a Dayton grad.

Those threads on that board are pathetic. There is one thread where a guy is whining about "harsh" treatment he got from X fans whilst at the game. He claims someone dropped the n-bomb on him even though he isn't black.

I'm willing to bet that he is one of the toothless, mulletted retards that find it acceptable to spit on X fans in UDump.

Turned on 1530 this morning hoping to hear a little bit of coverage about the game. Got ten minutes of whining about UC's attendance. It's going to take a bleach enema to remove the taint of the Huggins Political Machine from this town.

Sometimes the quality of a Dayton education speaks for itself. (Wait, was that classless?)

When you don't have results on the floor - over the course of 25+ years - you construct a fake moral high ground so you can feel superior in some way. "Sure we lose, but at least we're not classless like them." Doesn't matter that it's not true - it's a coping mechanism.

Dante and London run their mouths pre-game, but they only want to see Dante. A few other Xavier and Dayton players get involved, but they only see Xavier. Chris Johnson dunks with 3 seconds left to cut the lead to 17 (with no defense being played), but they only see Jamel's mocking clap. Again, when reality isn't on your side, you see what you want to see and think what you want to think.

Dayton hosts NCAA tournament games. Xavier plays in them. Flagship.

I wonder if he was one of the ones sitting in the box full of UD students. I had the "pleasure" of sitting in front of them all night. F Bombs flying all over the place all night out of that box. I had two kids sitting in front of me and when Raymond hit the back to back threes they cheered a little then just truned around and stared at the box with smiles on their faces and didn't say a word. It was a great sight. After hearing the F-bombs and remembering the horrific things that happened to us at UD (wife getting swung at while trying to use the restroom, friends tires being slashed, an older woman almost getting mugged while trying to leave while a security guard laughs about it) it was nice to see younger X fans not even having to say anything and just letting the results speak for themselves.

I'll admit, I love reading that stuff. It wouldn't be quite as entertaining if they didn't run their mouths so much or weren't so full of shit. I couldn't care less what St. Joe's fans say, but I do love reading what UD fans say. Why? Because they're so retardedly gay.

You beat me to it. Couldn't have said it better myself. Rationalization (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rationalization_(psychology)).

The not shaking hands thing was weird, but Dante did go around right before the tip off and fist bump all of the Dayton players. One of them (Little maybe? I'm not sure) refused to return the fist bump, so Dante patted him on the shoulder. I am OUTRAGED by Dayton's lack of class. What a classless program. This lack of class ruined what could have been one of the best nights of my life.

I'm sorry, I just got done reading udpride dot com.

And I'm calling bullshit in the 'n-word in the bathroom' story.

I was hoping it was just me.

I just got back from the hospital. Some idiot heard me comment about the classlessness of _avier not shaking hands at the concession stand. The guy runs over and jump kicks me in the sternum. Luckily I was able to wrestle him to the ground (Im a brown belt) and wait for security to get there, but then they refused to do anything to the guy. I called the Cincy police, shockingly they didn't look for the guy, and no ID was even taken by Arena security, as they just let it go.

I will post the police report when I get to a scanner.

I need to take some pain pills and rest right now though.

BTW, We are the better team. If they make it to play us in AC we will prove that.

Nietzsche addressed this in On The Genealogy Of Morality. When the weak and pathetic are unable to overcome the mighty and powerful, they create a false construct labeling the strong 'evil' and themselves 'good.' Perpetuating an imaginary victimhood, they invert their permanent inferiority as a superiority.

The German does not directly translate, but Nietzsche would call Flyer fans 'pathetic crybaby douchebags.'

Maybe my favorite post from an opposing board EVER. That is hilarious. All I could picture when reading about Mr. Brown Belt was Rex Kwon Do. "Do you think I got where I am now, dressing like Peter Pan over here?!?!"

And Redford did push off a bit to get that open 3, but come on, it's basketball, there's gonna be some content. God, they are such babies.

How does a Brown Belt allow himself to get jump kicked in the chest? I can understand a sucker punch landing, but a 'jump kick', whatever the fuk that is, seems like it would be easy to spot.

Dude needs to talk to Daniel LaRusso about waxing on and off...

we dont live in a Bruce Lee Movie. if someone is gonna hit you when your not paying attention, its not gonna be with a jump kick....its gonna be a sucker punch. that story is such a lie written by some 40 year old World of Warcraft enthusiast living in his mother's basement...

Dayton fans understand that their team cant consistently beat the xavier team anymore, so they try to attack the credibility of the fans as a way of making themselves feel better.

Agreed. I have seen a lot of fights in bars, at sporting events, etc. I have never seen someone get jump kicked. Especially not 'sucker jump kicked'.

Someone has watched Kickboxer way too many times. And is a liar.

The thread about the guy who's feelings were hurt because he was 'harrassed' at Cintas is not devolved into a guy talking about them having the series lead beacuse they were better than us in the 60's and 70's, and another guy thinking that they are going to 'part ways' with X in the future and go to a different conference. He then mentions replacing X on the schedule with Wright State.

Yep. The Horizon league sounds about right for UD. Hopefully they do it soon.

This one is my favorite:
"two mousketeer fans scream in each of my wife's ears in the concession area, (my wife has migranes, so the rest of the evening was ruined!)"

Seeing as the words "wife" and "migraine" are involved, my guess is this guy is frustrated for totally different reasons.

Interesting how UD fans think we are classless.

Walking back from the game last night I noticed 3 UD fans breaking side mirrors off of cars parked on the street by the arena. A couple of other XU fans yelled at the them and they ran away. Hope it wasnt anyone on this board that had their side mirrors taken off last night by a couple of UD trouble makers.

That is totally hilarious. The way UD fans are describing the concourse last night reminds me of a version of hell on the Simpsons. Randomly crazy, RIDICULOUS things happening all around constantly. TWO X fans scream in both of my wife's ears. I think that is the most ridiculous one ever. (okay, on the count of 3 we run over to HER, you scream in her left ear, I'll scream in her right, ready, GO!)

If someone did this to my wife I would kick the sh!t out of them. This joker apparently just let it happen what a coward (that is if any of this was true).

If I saw somebody do ANY of the stuff they alledge I would be sure the fans were removed or arrested.

WTF is a jump kick? something from the new streetfighter maybe? (hit up and square then right trigger to perform a jump kick).

I'm dumber for having woke up today.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Im having trouble scanning the document as I spilled Whey Protein shake on it after doing some super sets. (Not easy with the pain in my chest).

We should protest playing there. The whole situation is beyond ridiculous and this proud program deserves better. There is no reason opposing fans should feel uncomfortable or intimidated in a A-10 arena. from the fight they tried to start, to McClane pushing off on Luke, to Raymond acting like a total classless creepo, etc. the situation is insufferable. I think if we presented a strong enough case we could get an injuction to not have to go into dangerous and unfair situations.

I GUARANTEE next year NO ONE will mess with me. But for now I'm angry about this situation.

equally entertaining. At least they got the headline right: Flyers Flop at Xavier.
I find hilarious that Dayton is blaming the "pregame pugnaciousness" to their inability to execute on the court. Dayton Criers.

If any of what they are saying is true (and some of it as we have pointed out is not) then those that did so should be ashamed of themselves. My Wife and I no longer go to ud arena b/c of some of the horrible things that they did to us, our family, our friends and their children. B/c of that when XU plays ud here we go out of our way to ensure that the ud fans around us are treated nicely and with the utmost respect. This is to show we can rise above ud and act with class and dignity. It would bother me to think that any XU fan would not do the same. To those that did act poorly remember that we are Xavier! We are not ud and we should not and you will not in the future sink to their level both on and off the court!
