More Dayton Delusion

[X Factor]

Got this from a Dayton board...reading these guys you would think UD is on the brink of turning into UNC or UConn and Xavier is about to fall off the face of the college basketball map.

It's from Dayton's Rivals board:

Paul has come around, but the injury hurt him early. We know he can score, rebound and defend - which is great.

And obviously Josh is rehabbing, but will be a beast too (get on a 6,000 cal diet, my friend).

I know x has Crawford available next year too, but I have to say I feel like we're much better off thus far, right?

I head to UD pride weekly. What always surprises me is their love for Brian Gregory.

I would like to think if an X coach went several years without making the tournament, he would receive more than a little heat from the fan base.

My advice is just to laugh. I mean I'm pretty much dying right now. Its absolutely hilarious. Sure, I mean Dayton's recruiting class is sooooo good, none of Xavier's young players will impove because they arent as high caliber as dayton recruits, crawford won't run them out of the gym next year, derrick brown wont be back to continue to eat us alive, and all of our guys will suddenly get way better. We are soooo much better. HAHAHA.


Of course, all of this is completely and enitirely false and utterly histerical.

Dude, you are taking this way too seriously....you got this from a pay site where the conversation is between two guys that are respectable posters. It's all smack talk and that's it. It's to Machine7 who we actually don't mind over there, he's a respectable X regular on our board. I would hardly call Monsterrick delusional as he's been as critical of dayton team's as anyone. so let me get this straight...you're a cubs fan and a UD fan....Talk about misery...i guess i can relate with the reds and bengals....although reds are getting better with their young talent....The only team that has been successful for me in the last 10 years minus one bengal playoff appearance has been xavier...

ya, don't remind me. I'm also a Bears fan and have some success there at least. UD has increased their win total every year for the last 4 or 5 so it's looking up over here at least. The Cubs on the other hand.....division titles are only good for so long...time to man up in the playoffs.

bengals just signed laverneus coles 4 years 28 mil....awful in my opinion. thats why they are the bengals. way too long and way too expensive
