Today I heard Mmm mmm mmm mmm by the Crash Test Dummies and Sex and Candy by Marcy Playground within about 30 minutes of each other.
Both of those songs actually make me laugh, sometimes out loud. What are songs that make you laugh?
Others i thought of off the top of my head:
Rock Lobster - B52's
Once in a Lifetime - Talking Heads
Istabul - They Might be Giants
Fireball

Stand - R.E.M.
Mainly because that was the theme to Get A Life, and I always thought the opening to that show was really funny.

I always laugh when I hear anything by Creed(Kahn's favorite band).
Also, They Might be Giants is gayer than hardcore gay porn.

Anything by Weird Al.
Forgive me for forgetting the genius of the novelty genre! I assumed the question was related to music that isn't intentionally amusing but more in the main stream. If we're going to include Weird Al I should include Poisoning Pigions in the Park by Tom Lehrer, several songs from the Muppet Movie and half the songs in Pete's Dragon.

I've found My Doorbell by White Stripes to be particularly amusing. Especially when I hear it on Mrs. MM's iPod. Fact is, I'm always thinking about my doorbell wondering when she's gonna ring it.

Yes, I was referring to the non-intentionally comedic. Otherwise Stephen Lynch would hold all the top spots.
I agree with MM on the Doorbell.

Though I do think there was intent at humour, it's still hilarious, and over the Christmas break, I saw the video on some VH1 special. I was laughing hard.

Something about him sitting at the piano singing at the top of his lungs "Oh Babeee YOOOOUUUUUUUU, got what I NEEEEEEEEEEED." I can't help singing along then I laugh at myself.
Or possibly my favorite lisped line in any song ever: "Oh! Shnap! Guess what I saw!"
OH! And isn't there a bust of Beethoven or some other composer sitting on the piano in the video?

There is one song that made me and another laugh uncontrollably one evening in 1992.
The setting: Shriver Center, Miami University
The scene: A performance of Leonard Bernstein's Chichester Psalms, a three-movement choral work written in Hebrew lyrics, sung by a men's and women's combined choir. This piece provided many opportunities to change the actual lyrics into recognizable English words, leading to ad-libbed phrases like "Suck my c*ck" and "where'd your mama go" during rehearsals.
The incident: My best friend was standing right next to me, and since we're not tall men, we were positioned right in the front row. (i.e. nowhere to hide.) It was the end of the second movement and the original lyrics are written as "Yo! Shev bashamayim." Instead of the real words, I sang, "Yo! Shave his balls for him." This induced some snickering from my buddy which then rapidly turned into shoulder-shuddering laughter.
Now, keep in mind we both know that in and of itself, "shave his balls for him" is kind of comical, but certainly not funny enough to create a scene. But you know what it's like when you start laughing and you can't stop - especially in a setting where laughter is not appropriate...
Well, his laughter triggered me to start laughing and before long we were trying to bury our faces behind the music because we were both crying and shaking with uncontrollable laughter. This went on well into the third movement because neither of us could stop laughing. We both figured everyone in the audience was staring at us as we laughed like clowns right in the front row during a serious part of the music, but apparently, it went rather undetected.
To this day, 17 years after the incident, "Shave his balls for him" still makes him laugh. In fact, I'm going to text it to him right now.

Windy, The Association - Laugh
No Quarter, Led Zeppelin - Laugh Louder
I put those songs on back to back just to run my ears from the North pole to the South pole.
I love the "Woman from Middle Earth" and "Ole' Wizard Pants"
Or anytime Van Halen comes on and reminds me of Thad's car getting blocked by the VH tour Bus....making Thad expose himself as a lying sack of nostril drippage.

Back in '04 Biz Markee, Dougie Fresh, and Slick Rick played a concert here in Chicago at a small theater call the Vic. $6 to see all three of them.
On my way back from the restroom, I walked past Biz and his crew, Biz's head was so big he didn't even look human in person. Plus, he forgot all the words to his only hit and spent most of the time as a DJ not an MC. But who could really complain for $6.

Tricky by The Time - it's a rare B-side and it's basically just Morris Day going off on someone.
Holiday Road by Lindsay Buckingham
I.L.B.T.'s by Joe Walsh
Basically any song by Morrissey, but if I had to choose one it would probably be There is a Light That Never goes Out. I mean, his stuff is so over the top depressing that it can't help but put you in a good mood - no matter how bad you're feeling at least you're not Morrissey.

Whatever song by System of a Down where he sings 'wake up! why'd you have to put the keys up on the table?'
I like to sing along with that song in my very best Beavis voice.
Also, The Blue Wrath by I Monster. It's the intro music to Shaun of the Dead.
Naked in Front of the Computer by Faith No More is a song about Mike Patton trying to figure out how to use his computer. It's pretty funny if you know the words. Got that Feeling, on the same album, also makes me laugh. Actually, a lot of Faith No More songs make me laugh.
Frank Zappa had a lot of funny songs, if you're into that whole intellectual thing.
