Hopefully will be a good game for the Irish.
Hey...is it me, or is Pitino starting to look like Pacino?

What in the world is going on here? ND has lost what, 8 straight and is blowing Louisville out of the gym. Any given night I guess, or maybe ND is finally playing up to their potential for at least one game.

Louisville is capable of being very shitty. They just had one stretch of good play, and it seems to be over.

I wonder - is Louisville playing shitty or is ND playing good?
One thing I do know - Harangody owns Louisville.

In a 33 point game, it's got to be some combination of both.
Who drops further this week in the polls: Louisville or Xavier?

Definitely makes me feel better about the Dayton loss when Louisville is getting whooped to a below average Notre Dame team.

A tough stretch??? They lost 7 games in a row, that is a horrid stretch! Despite their big win tonight, Notre Dame is a fraud and have nobody outside of Harangody.

I'm not sure how one big east team beating another big east team says anything about the big east.
Whatever you take away from one team is added to the other...an overall net of zero.

They looked pretty damn good tonite. They aren't a fraud, they just haven't played a team like powerful Duquesne. They have holes in their team, but I still wouldn't want to play them come tourney time, and they are always tough at home. Hell, UC sucked bad three weeks ago, and now they are playing teams tough.
There is an ebb and flow to a season, if you didn't realize it.

ND has mostly sucked, and they're definitely a fraud as compared to their preseason ranking.
And St. John's only wishes they were as powerful as Duquesne.

ND has not mostly sucked. Up until three weeks ago, they were highly ranked with a great record. Stop the hating on other teams (such as Dayton and UC), it clouds the mind.

IMO Louisville is not that good. Not #5 in the country. They got hot (as ND got cold) and have been on a roll. I still wouldn't want to draw them in the tourney, but they're not top ten good.

Yeah, way to sack up ND after getting boat raced by 30 plus at UCLA. If that happened to an Atlantic 10 team, the Cincy media would have been saying, what a crap conference- who cares.

Yes, and then they started playing teams that have a pulse.

Keep bashing, it's pretty much what some of you do best. I prefer to exhibit a modicum of respect for other teams. In any event, nothing else needs to be said.
