Anybody else watching this game? It's pretty insane. Missouri just took the lead w/ a minute left after being down by double digits most of the game. Their defense has been pretty amazing.

This would be big for us in a couple ways. considering in this weeks bracketology Kansas is a 3 seed it would knock them down and our RPI would be helped with Mizzou winning.

How many turnovers has Missouri caused? I know it was above 20 fairly early in the second half...

Wow, what a crazy game. Missouri looked absolutely terrible in the first half (16 points).

Great game. Love rooting for the teams we've beaten (except UC of course).

Still haven't figured out how we got out of that Mizzou game with a win...think of how different this entire season would have (likely) been?

Not to take credit away from our guys for the win, but Missouri did shoot much better from the free throw line tonight than they did in Puerto Rico.

We need to acknowledge something from this game. Sean Miller is quite literally one of the most brilliant schedulers in college basketball. Hands down. We play a team like Mizzou early on, along with Memphis, among others, and those wins are looking absolutely stellar.
The man and his staff are scary good at what they do. I'm glad they are on our side.
I HATE dayton.

We played them in a tournament though so he didnt really schedule Mizzou, VT, and Memphis but I'm sure he was aware they were in the tournament. Thank god we won that Mizzou game and hit the half court shot against VT or as someone else daid this season could look completely different.
P.S. I didnt mean to say Sean isnt a brilliant scheduler because games against Butler and Duke were also huge and he got us into this tourney.

What a great win for Mizzou and it helps XU look better and better.
I had to just laugh out loud today. Ol' Lance was doing his best to pump up the UC basketball team for their "big wins" last week. Big wins? Against a Not-re Dame team that later got blasted by 30 at UCLA and against a deeply flawed Georgetown team that is falling off the bubble. Meanwhile XU's wins keep looking stronger with barely a mention. No doubt, XU's win against LSU was a better win than the SucKs win against G-Town, but I sure didn't hear the same level of hype out of Lance's pie hole.

No D-West, he did schedule them. You don't schedule a tourney, you schedule who is in the tourney, and Miller and staff nailed this one. Nailed it. It was a perfect series to play for us at the time, and time has played that fact out. Hell, even if we lost to Memphis it still would be helping us out now, quite honestly.
I HATE dayton.

Holy shit what a game! Worst first half I have ever seen.....ever.
However what an ending and what an atmosphere. Mizzou had to beat KU by 16 in the second half to win, which is what they managed to score in the first. It was a great game and glad i was there to see it in person.

Great job by Mizzou to come back. I honestly didn't think they had a chance.

That Mizzou team has put together an impressive resume. I remember wondering how good they could be at the begining of the year.
And don't credit Miller for the schedule without bringing up Bobinski. We always seem to have all of our ducks in a row for a reason.

And I believe Leo Lyons was suspended for at least one of their conference losses, so their record could've been even better. Sagarin has Missouri rated slightly higher than Kansas (at least prior to yesterdays game), so they're at least the 3rd best team in the B12, and maybe 2nd. I think they're a darkhorse for the Final 4.
