Rumormill: Izzo to Bama????

OK, so Saban and Izzo are great buds, but WHAT are the chances that Izzo would really go to Bamaland? 95, where are you on this one?

That would be a travesty, since delusional Flyer fans are sure that the MSU job is Gregory's whenever Izzo retires. I don't want to lose Gregory....

When any College Basketball job opens up (and I meany any), Izzo's name comes up. Even when the MSU football job opened up a couple years ago, Izzo supposedly put his name in the mix for the job.

It doesn't seem like Izzo is happy at MSU. It wouldn't surprise me if he jumped somewhere else in the near future.

Just curious what he could get anywhere that he doesn't have at MSU?
Warmer weather? (That might be nice, actually.)

I've never seen their facilities but I'm guessing the school has invested in them sufficiently.
And say what you want about the Big 10, it's always the kind of competition most coaches would be happy to be a part of.

Is it me or doesn't MSU kind of hold football and basketball on equal ground? I'm guessing at Alabama you'd always be second fiddle in the public's heart.
