I'd like to congratulate Duquesne for getting the crowd out tonight. Rather than criticize their general lack of contributions to the conference, I hope this helps spur the program and their fans to be a solid contributor to the conference. Let's hope they don't just show up for Xavier but start to build something. When Greg Amodio left XU for Duquense, I knew they would get better. Props to Duquesne.

They also said last night that it was the first sellout since late 2007 for the Palumbo Center (Pitt). It was their first win over a Top 10 team since the 1992-93 season when eventual Elite 8-bound Florida State lost to the Dukes.

And it was the first sellout for a team that wasn't Pitt since 1994. Wow. It's not like the Palumbo Center seats 15,000. That's kinda amazing.

Duquesne is a good team. Remember they have almost all Freshman on scholly's That is going to be a team to watch next year.
