They are worse than the A-10. Not a single team in that league deserves a bid.

Tennessee just lost to f'n Auburn, come on now.

MAYBE LSU could earn an at large bid.

Xavier has proven it's better than the SEC's best (LSU)

Temple, Dayton, St. Joes, Rhody, and Duquesne are as strong as the next level in the SEC
(UF, SC, Tenn, UK, Vandy)

Miss, Miss St, Aub, Bama, UGA are AWFUL, much like the bottom of the A-10.

There's no doubt that the SEC is down this year. But I don't think that the two conferences are comparable. Lets face it, we're the flagship and I think we'd do just fine in the SEC. But the rest of the conference? Dayton struggled (and I mean STRUGGLED) against Auburn. they are supposedly the second best team in the conference. Everytime I watch Fordham play, I die a little on the inside. And GW can't play much of basketball either. Pretty sure my rec league every sunday night could compete with them. The SEC has the athletes that the bottom half and actually most of our league lacks.

We are too good for this conference. But the SEC would roll against the A-10 if they competed every year in a "showdown" type event. Xavier would do well, but the rest of the conference would struggle quite a bit.

Lunardi currently shows 5 SEC teams in the field. Amazing.

I think Florida is actually pretty good, although inexperienced. I'm guessing that their field will be LSU, Tenn., Florida and South Carolina, who has beaten some ranked teams this season and has an easier road the rest of the way. I don't see Kentucky making it with so many bad losses.
