2 of my buds and I are sitting around watching football, and were talking about all of the new avatars and the Jimmy Carter pics and the connection to Dayton.
We have no clue.
Can someone please shed some light on this subject please?

UD hasn't won in Cincy since the Carter Administration.

Assuming you're a current Xavier student, let's put it this way - the last time Dayton beat us in Cincinnati, 99% of the current student body wasn't even born at that time.
There is also another thread explaining the watermelon pictures. I also remember a "Watermelon" chant during the 2003-04 game at Cintas; I had a fun time explaining that story next to the people asking what that chant was supposed to be.

UD's entire undergrad wasn't alive the last time they beat us at home. A whole generation of Flyer Fans has been born and bred never knowing what it is like to win in Cincinnati. Beating Dayton is a cherished Xavier tradition.

The next time X loses to Dayton at home will be if Amy Carter ever becomes president.

The student section needs some Jimmy Carter masks. I bet you could go to Stagecraft in Northside and get some. Pablo told me he'd be glad to pay for it.

It's a shame it wasn't Nixon. Much more interesting face.

Why would the student section dress themselves as little red X's?

I think sometimes sites block you from sharing their photos because loading them takes their bandwidth.
Not sure if I like the mask or not. I could see people saying "Who is that?"
