Whattya say? Can we make this happen? I would love it. Is there a court at one of the fancy hotels or am I dreaming?
3 on 3's, 2 on 2's, this would be fun.
Somewhere down the line, it would be fun to get together at some point. I honestly don't think, through all the boards, that anyone has ever mentioned this.

Only thing close probably would have been the macho "I'm better than you, we should take it to the court" type of challenge.

I'm in, if I'm sober. Hell, even if I'm drunk.

I seem to recall a thread at MM that involved someone bragging about their exploits at the Friar's Club and telling others they should come down there if they thought they knew so much about basketball.
Playing pick up basketball is just one more thing you can't do in an ordinary blanket. Thanks Snuggie!

That is snugtacular.
I will take on anyone with my patented skyhook. I was a legend in the YMCA league.
I can dribble the basketball with both hands.

UD fans tried to steal our idea, but it didn't quite work out the way they wanted:

How about we just storm the court after Xavier destroys the Dukes and just play right there?

While I would never storm the court after beating Duquesne, I wonder if Amodio would hook us up with an hour of court time after the game.

I'm starting to think more than one of us will have "court" time once this trip is over.

Well, the Doubletree does have a deal allows its guests to access the Downtown Athletic Club, unfortunately I just looked at the Athletic Club's website and basketball is not one of the activities they offer.

Drunken basketball after the Dookcane game would have more flopping than a Butterbean Esch fight.

I've spoken with the administration of Blackhawk high school. They said we can use their outdoor court for the Sean Miller Invitational as long as we're willing to make the drive to Beaver Falls.
