These are the only two teams ahead of us in the rankings with more losses (3). Are either, both, or niether better than X?

Michigan St. hasn't impressed me much. The way Louisville was playing early in the year I would say we would win, but the way they are playing now I think we would lose. They have knocked off Pitt, Notre Dame, and Syracuse and looked impressive doing it.

While I think we could beat both teams, I wouldn't want to play Louisville right now. The Cards are finally living up to their expectations this year and are on fire.

Yeah, Louisville is streaking right now and they are scary good. Mich. St.? Meh, not so much.

Living in Louisville I wanted them bad in the tourney the way they were playing early in the season. Now not so much. We'll see more on Monday when Uconn visits, but they've been winning impressively, both home & away.

Michigan State seemed to get a mulligan for losing at home to Northwestern. I have Xavier ranked ahead of them for it. We need them to rack up a few losses so they top out at a 3 seed and maybe open a 2 seed slot for Xavier (maybe, just beat UMass). I would welcome facing them on a neutral court.

I do not want any part of Louisville. Equate their loss to UNLV to our loss to Butler. They earned their rank ahead of Xavier.

Of course, Wink Adams didn't play in that game, so they would be more equal if Butler beat us at Cintas without Matt Howard.

Michigan State will not be in the top ten come March.

Louisville, on the other hand, could easily make a Final Four run this year as long as Clark & Sosa remain consistent.

I think X can beat MSU home & away.

I would only give X a win at home vs. Louisville.
