uc is wondering "how much of a difference would Cashmere Sweater have made?" Coulda, shoulda, woulda, mighta.

XU does not wonder how much of a difference would Jordan Crawford have made. Instead, this team adjusts and finds ways to win. Can, shall, will!

The difference is that at least a moderately large group of the UC contigent actually believe that Wright would put this team into consideration for the top 4 or 5 of the Big East. Laughable. A freshman PG cannot elevate a team who is a CBI team (again) to a NCAA tourney team unless that PG is regarded as a "one and done" type NBA talent. That holds especially true in a conference such as the big east. Cashmere Wright is good, but not that good. If Wright were playing now, they have at most one more win than they do right now. Alternatively, XU is playing without their most talented player on the roster. Byron has said (off the record) that Crawford is undoubtedly the most talented player on the roster and maybe the most talented guard we've ever had. Sean even said at the AFO event at Kenwood Country Club that Crawford may be considered a "program changer".
While Xavier just accepts the fact that a player like Crawford won't be on the floor this season and disregards and flourishes; UC continues to search for excuses as to why they are the doormat of their city. Silly little brother.

UC is screwed if Nancy Zimpher leaves for that job in New York.
