I understand Andy's lawsuit against these two, appearing to "fight" for his good name while trying to get the guys with no money into a legal battle that will be too rich for their blood.

Newsflash: Loss of consortium is often equated to loss of sex... HOWEVER... legally it can mean loss of other services between husband and wife. For instance if Coach Kennedy is too depressed to engage in conversations with his wife, go to work, or other things associated with a couple, then that's a loss of consortium claim.

I realize the media went for the "slam dunk"... but it could be that she has a reasonable consortium that isn't that far "out of bounds" like some of the previous posts claim. (Sorry for the basketball puns).
