Should be a fun night with the return of coach Cole and Tara Booooooothe getting the ultimate honor of the jersey retirement. Nice touch by XU marketing to advertise that some in the Cincy papers.
Hope some people turn out for it. I don't think it will be much of a game, UNH just was drilled by Morehead State (coach Bradbury) and Louisville by pretty big margins.
Hopefully XU will get up early and get a lot of people in the game with a tough road trip just two days later in Starkville.
Hope some folks turn out for it

Boothe was at the men's game last night, hanging out with Ta'Shia at halftime.

If any of you loyal fans get the opportunity to talk with Booooooooooothe, be sure to relay best wishes and congrats from Terry, Missy and Alex Donald.
Long overdue for this honor, not only a top talent in the game, but a top notch person as well.
And if her Mom and Day are there (certainly they should be) be sure to give them a pat on the back too, a couple of fine people.
It goes without saying that I miss XU badly, wish I could be there. Every time I think of Xavier it is fond memories of everyone, I can't think of a single person I came in contact with there that left me with a negative feeling.
Even the guy on the other side of the Cintas Center who just couldn't hold up his half of the Blue/White cheer!!

A very convincing 62-36 win.
UNH is having a tough year. Coach Cole came into a tough situation, only had 2 scholarships to give for this year, and the prize recruit Kelsey Hogan went down after 3 games with an ACL.
On another note, where the H%#L is the newspaper coverage?????? Nothing! Looks like our new Xavier beat reporter decided to beat it. Mystifying why this wouldn't have been extensively covered, it was much more than just the game out there with the honor for Boothe.
Oh well, should have figured.

Brittany Moore had her best day in a Xavier uniform (13 points, 8 rebounds) while Ta'Shia saw limited action last night. The defense held UNH to almost 25% shooting from the field; the Wildcats' longest scoreless drought lasted about 6:30 in the 2nd half. It was another defensive gem last night; most of the starters got to rest up in anticipation of the Mississippi State game tomorrow afternoon.
April suited up but didn't play for some reason.

Rumor has it that April was being punished for something... no specifics though... My sources also said that Tudy and Dee Dee were too... that explains why Dee Dee didn't play til the 2nd half and Tudy didn't start!
