For those of you in Cincy with Duke electricity...how do you live with yourself this week?

i shut my power off and am running the house primarily on bodily gasses and fluids.

For years now, I have had the energy company's website as a bookmark in order to pay my bill. But I have changed the tag to say "Energy Company"...I will not let D*** into my house.

Of course, when it was Cincinnati Gas & Electric, I wasn't happy to have Cincinnati in my house either.

I still write CG&E on my check. I try not to use four letter words in my house, it sets a bad example for the kids.

I called Duke's customer service line and told them to "Suck it!" But, I tend to do that from time to time anyway.

Nuts: re-read the the thread and then you will see that were are just ripping on Duke because of their name. I'm hoping to see some dollars saved after getting replacement windows installed.

Oh, now I get it. My machine was broken this morning but it's fixed now.

You were right, and I wasn't being a wise ass (this time). I really didn't get it until your post. I am the one who had the broken sarcasm detector. FYI.

I didn't get it either. I thought people were pissed about the special deals Duke cut with its corporate customers.
