Gary Parrish posted on his blog the odds for the teams in the top 25 to win it all,link (http://www.sportsline.com/mcc/blogs/entry/6271764/12252748). Vegas has X at 40-1.

I'd put a $100 on 40-1 odds. Better than the stock market at the moment.

Interesting that last year's two NCAA finalists are both 50-1. Based on this, I guess we Xavier fans shouldn't gripe too much when we feel slighted by the oddsmakers, pollsters and media.

X was 100:1 in August

I put $50 on it then.

We have the same odds as Kentucky? They are horrible.

Yes, but Kentucky fans are idiots. If they're willing to bet on their Cats at 40-1, why should Vegas offer them better odds (in case the top 40 teams in the country have their best three players all tear their ACLs, giving Kentucky a fighting shot)?
