In the Hornets first game on the year D-West scored 24 points on 9-17 shooting and 6-7 from the free throw line. He grabbed 7 rebounds, dished out 3 assists had 2 steals and 2 blocks in 42 minutes.

Posey debuted for the Hornets logging 28 minutes. He scored 11 points, grabbed 3 boards and had 1 assist. He shot 3/8 going 3/6 from 3 point. He was 2-4 at the line.

Hornets are 1-0 on the year.

They looked REALLY good. They are the second oldest team in the league and they clearly play together as a unit.

West was just money down the stretch.

Yup. They showed a graphic about it last night. Golden State was the youngest team in the league.

another win for the hornets last night, this time at phoenix. 18 and 7 for west and 13 points for posey.

Posey had 3 huge 3's in the 4th quarter to seal the win. Rasual(sp.?) Butler also had a big 3. He went to La Salle.
