Yeah, it is pretty horrible, and yeah I have been bitten by the bedbugs at work. At first I was completely grossed out by it, but now I just accept it as part of work. They have sprayed my firehouse at least 5 times in the last 3 months while I was there, and we still "might" have them. We even threw out a couch too, that's how bad it got. I spray my legs down after every run in which we go into someones house (you would be shocked with the conditions of some peoples homes).

I just shower and change before I leave work so I don't bring anything home with me. So far it has worked.
