Volleyball with a solid weekend

STONY BROOK, N.Y. – With a 3-1 (25-14, 24-26, 25-20, 25-22) win over Brown, the Xavier volleyball team tallied two wins in one day at the Stony Brook Invitational Saturday afternoon. Two Musketeers were named to the All-Tournament team as sophomore Claire Paszkiewicz picked up her first such honor and junior Kelly Ruth made the team for the third time this season.

The Musketeers continue on the road next weekend as they are set to open Atlantic 10 play at Charlotte on Friday, Oct. 3. First serve in Charlotte is set for 5 p.m.
