Pretty sure that hasn't been decided yet. Don't think we'll know for quite some time.

My understanding is that he hasn't applied for the waiver just yet. Xavier is still awaiting the outcome of Indiana's penalties. If Indiana goes on probation, his chances of getting a waiver go up considerably. Xavier will then apply for the waiver. If Indiana receives no penalties then it is a mute point.

If the NCAA acts with all due diligence as they usually do, HAH, they'll make a decision sometime in May 2009....the sit-out year will have passed. :D
