The nine stiffs they play in the OOC should help them get into the SEC with a pretty decent record. They could hardly avoid Indiana and Louisville (their fans would have the AD's scalp!). The UNC, KSU (although they should be waaaaaaaaaaay down), Miami and either Iowa or WVa games are very attractive.

I'm not sure Mike Bobinski and the basketball staff could get away with having that many gimmes on the schedule any more. Matta and Miller have weaned Xavier fans away from the patsy schedules we came to know and despise during our formative years under Pete and (to a slightly lesser extent) Skip.

You didn't include Indiana among the stiffs? IU will be one of the worst teams they play.
