Pre-race at 4:30, and race at 5:00 on ESPN. Fourth straight pole for Penske, but they only won one of the previous three. First time for IndyCars at this track, and it looks to be pretty fast watching practice and quals yesterday.

Dale Coyne Racing with both cars starting in the Top 10.

KV Racing with both cars starting in the Top 5.

Paul Tracy in his first actual IndyCar race in many years.

Foyt with a better starting position than might be expected with right turns, though he is not a threat for a win, or even a top 5.

Tony Kanaan starting dead last due to an engine change.

Well I thought there was a pre-race. Guess not.

So I get to watch Mexico with Rick Bayless..

hmmm... when is a 2 hour time limit really only 1:50? They could have run the last four laps in 10 minutes.

Irritating. And I suspect at least a few cars would have had to stop for fuel.

How'd you like to have been a fly on the wall of the Andretti Green after race meeting though? :D

The time limit really pisses me off. Kanaan set himself up nicely to win with the fuel situation. There is absolutely no reason not to run those last four laps.

And Marco running into the back of his own teammate. If that guy had any worse luck.

I am surprised this was the first road course win for Dixon this year. That is where he made his move last year on Franchitti was the road courses.

Lastly, were they running that race on an airfield?
