Hosting the Final Four

Finalists will be announced in August and the five winning cities will be revealed in November.

According to some of the locals in Phoenix, this past year's and next year's West regional are in Phoenix as sort of a tryout for the Final 4. I believe this coming year the regional will be played at the Univ. of Phoenix stadium, which I'm guessing would host the finals.

I offered to host at my house for free, but it was rejected for several reasons.

1) No seating capacity.
2) Only one goal.
3) Games would be played outdoors.
4) Some shots hitting hard of the rim can shoot way off, catch the hill, and if no one hustles after it, the ball can end up in the lake. Getting the ball out of the lake and drying it off would offer them more commercial time, but they were unimpressed.
