A new building (taller than Carew Tower) has been approved by City Council. Will probably done much quicker than The Banks project. IMO, a great addition to downtown.

What is this? The tallest building for ants? This has to be at least three times bigger.

Good catch.
[unveiling a building model]
Mugatu: I give you, "The Derek Zoolander Center for Kids Who Can't Read Good."
[Derek looks at the model for a moment, then throws it on the floor]
Derek: What is this? A center for ants?
Derek: How are we expected to teach the kids to read good... if they can't even fit inside the building?
Mugatu: Derek, this is just a small...
Derek: I don't wanna hear your excuses!
Derek: The building has to be atleast... 3 times... that size!

I personally enjoyed Crowley's attempt to squash this thing saying that the workers all needed to be unionized during construction and for the janitorial services after its up and running. Cincinnati City Council never ceases to amaze me.

I want to see it in context, because man that thing looks like it is going to loom right over the ballpark, not exactly something I would necessarily want if I was in the stadium. Maybe it will sit far enough back because of Fort Washington way, hopefully.

It reminds me of the RSA Tower in Mobile, AL.

Wow, close to identical.
I've never like the Carew. Is there anyway they can take it down and build the new building on its foundation?
