I've been informed that the rumor on Bloomington's campus is that Jordan Crawford is transferring. I'll post a link when i find one.

Crawford was an "X" interest at one point. Although with Lyons and Holloway, I doubt there is much interest.

Wow. Is Indiana going to have any players left next year besides incoming freshmen?

I believe they are down to two scholarship players. However, the catch is that I believe both remaining scholarship players were actually walk-ons who were given a scholarship after the staff determined they weren't going to be used... so basically some walk-on's and some Freshman. I hope Doc Rivers son enjoys watching from his mandatory year on the bench for transfering.

A.J. Ratliff left the team during the season, and since then, Indiana also lost D.J. White, Mike White, Lance Stemler and Adam Ahlfeld through graduation, and Eric Gordon through early entry in the NBA draft. Also, Eli Holman decided to leave, and Crean either dismissed or refused to reinstate Brandon McGee, DeAndre Thomas, Armon Bassett and Jamarcus Ellis.

The only returning players still on the roster are forward Kyle Taber, who started four games and averaged 1.3 points, and walk-on guard Brett Finkelmeier, who totaled two points in 11 minutes all season.

I think Taber was a walk-on who eventually was given a schollie.

Here is the new question: Does anyone think they will beat Penn State and Northwestern? I am thinking no at this point.

It'll really depend on how good the freshman are coming in.

They lost their coach, all of their players and alot of fans. Couple that with the fact that Purdue has been outrecruiting them in the last couple of years and things do not look very bright.

Is this program in worse shape then when Huggins left UC? I would have to say yes.

With the emergence of football team last year, IU is now a football school.

I think they ended the year 6-6 or 7-6, so I would hold up on the football school moniker at this point in time.

I was joking. They did make a bowl game which is unheard of at IU. That post-season "success" will be more than what the bball team can point to.
