This is kind of a fun site to play around on, and I assure you it is legitimate (we need something to distract us until next season with kenny and co. getting here). You register and get 10 cents put in your account that you can get everytime your account goes back to zero. You can then take that 10 cents and bet on sports games on any given night and the only catch for getting the 10 cents is that you have to look at/watch and ad for each bet you make. But I assure you it is completely free and you can cash out if you grow your account to 10 dollars or more. Just don't bet on the reds every night, they'll break your spirit.
