Found this really cool website that shows transfers in and out of each D1 program for the last several years. I've said we cant continue with the turnover we've seen the last two years. We have to recruit better with incoming freshman and have 2-3 new transfers each year to fill in the gaps/needs from year to year. Our current state is not sustainable.

I believe that Sean is trying to rectify some of these issues by getting guys from the portal with more than one year left (Conwell, Hugley etc), but I share the same concerns that we aren't bringing in guys and developing them every single year. We don't have any freshmen this year (Powell looks like someone we could have developed well), and Green is just ok, while Swain doesn't seem better than last year at this point. On top of all that the injury bug has crushed this program the last few years.

Things can turn this year, there seems to be plenty of talent and two years ago was great. However, I'm starting to get a bit worried about Sean's regime this time around. No need to push the panic button, yet. However, something just seems off.

They do have a couple good recruits coming in, I believe. Can’t recall names but I thought one was a top 10 pg in the class.

I agree the future is more building a solid core and snagging the one or two transfers that turns the core into something great.

Yeah we got Nyk who will be the pg of the future and can't remember the other guy. Hopefully those two develop into a new core.
