Victory Parkway Reserve #1 is being released this morning for purchase with 100% proceeds going to the Final 2%. There are both Sean Miller autographed bottles and non-signed bottles available for purchase. There are a limited number of bottles available while supplies last.

**Due to state commerce and liquor laws, they cannot be shipped at this time. There will be multiple local pick-up options scheduled around Xavier games.

This is the first of what is hopefully many initiatives to connect local and national brands and products to Xavier Nation and supplement the Final 2%’s NIL funds. The blend was selected by a group of alumni including former X great Matt Stainbrook. Here is a bit more info on the tasting and blend for those interested. https://www.victoryparkwayxchange.com/blogs/news/victory-parkway-reserve-1-inaugural-release

Special shoutout to Bill Whitlow at Wenzel Whiskey https://www.wenzelwhiskey.com/ who couldn’t have been more accommodating. They are building something REALLY cool down in Covington and I highly encourage anyone who enjoys bourbon or history to stop in to their new distillery. It’s already an awesome space and will be even better once they have their own bourbon distilled.

Absolutely a genius idea, which I were closer to Cincinnati to pick one up. I didn’t know they had a law to prevent shipping liquor, otherwise would pick one up for the family immediately.

Can we get a Xavier beer just like UC has with Cincy Light?

For everyone 12 pack purchased ($13 at Kroger) - $2 goes into Cincy Reigns. UC's NIL collective. Some of my UC friends are always drinking it at Bengals tailgates. Its easy to drink. Can be found anywhere. I love bourbon but I cant drop $175 on a bottle, my wife would kill me lol. But I can pound beers, and you know Xavier students would if we partnered with Madtree or Braxton or hell even Listermanns who have a "All For One" beer.

37.5 cases of Cincy Light equals 1 bottle of Wenzel's whiskey donation-wise, 87.5 if you get a signed bottle! And it's $2 per case, not 12pk.

This is actually a good idea. The Xavier model seems to be only selling Ferraris, while other schools are selling Chevys in addition to Ferraris. P&G didn't get where they are by only selling top of the line soap. They have top of the line soap, medium soap, and bargain soap. Find a brewer to sell Xavier beer and see what happens. Because there are probably a lot of wives who would kill their spouses if they dropped $175 for $40-$50 bourbon. And there are lots of students who drink lots of beer every weekend.

Dan Patrick sells out his batches of bourbon in no time flat. I wonder how they do that? Is it state specific?

I’d be VERY surprised if that wasn’t already in the works. However, there isn’t any other local brewery that has the size and distribution network that Rhinegeist does. Working out this agreement with Rhinegeist was a stroke of genius by the UC people. One step at a time though.

It is definitely a State of Ohio thing

Since I am working through some more reasonably priced bourbon I would be all over this. I have already read through some of the bourbon thread for ideas.

I had some on Sunday and I really liked it. Don’t plan on opening my signed bottle until we make the final four.

It would be a great business decision by Rhinegeist to brew up something for XU like they've done for UC. They could play up some type of crosstown beer battle. Those punks in Clifton have a higher amount of drinkers but I'm sure we could stomp them in volume per drinker!
