I've come to believe that this topic has earned its own thread, especially when you juxtaposition Sean's pressers with those of Travis Steele.
I just watched his pre-game press conference for the Stags.
How to get to playing a full 40 minutes. Step-by-step. Building strong habits in practice. Building to excellence in execution. Moving from the auxiliary gym to the main floor and committing fully to the process. A note about the "newness" of this coaching staff and this team as it continues to gel together to achieve great results.
Looking and analyzing stats post-game. Turnovers? Essentially focuses on OUR turnovers, not the other teams turnovers, per se. And on that note, a "goal" of getting to less than 10 turnovers per game.
Everything. EVERYTHING with Coach Miller is about continuous process improvement and building culture.
