54. New coach who will have the most success longterm: Sean Miller, Xavier. This is a great job with a rabid fanbase, strong administrative support and a winning track record. Miller is well positioned to capitalize on that, barring an unexpectedly harsh punishment from the NCAA for his recruiting violations at Arizona. He knows Xavier from his previous stint and his one year away from basketball seems to have rejuvenated his joy for coaching.
