And...these last four cases are probably the last ones the IARP is going to rule on. The NCAA voted to dissolve it about a month ago.

I do find this amusing. The biggest argument for the IARP is that it would help expedite major cases and give schools the option of having an outside party hear their case. I think the NCAA thought this would be a quicker way to get a similar result. It turns out it was a much slower way to get a much more lenient result. So, they're now getting rid of it.
