Sean Miller adds Stanford's Adam Cohen to his coaching staff at Xavier. Great recruiter. Develops guards.

Never heard of the guy, but his credentials seem really solid and impressive.

If he was truly the force behind recruiting those great Stanford classes we might really have someone who can sell a player on Xavier.

Another good sign is he has worked successfully developing winners with multiple schools stressing academics. Ivy League, Vanderbilt, Stanford, etc... It shows that he can recruit and win with that type of student athlete.

The fact that he didn't play in college or higher makes me think of Steele and Cronin, but Cohen has worked with some truly respected head coaches and only elevated his career. Seems like he's learned well.

The important thing to know is he went to and played for the high school my sister and all my friends went to (while I got shipped to the private Catholic school). He gets points for that in MY book!
