Now that X has gone away from paper tickets this season, has anyone looked into how one would transfer tickets to another person, and is there an app for this?

There should/will be a send button that you click on. You can then send to an email or phone number. I've done this with Bengals, FCC and Reds tickets. Interesting enough, I just checked my X soccer tickets and it does not allow to transfer so...I don't know. Hopefully they use a different system.

I know my wife and I will miss at least one game. There has to be a way to give them to someone else.

Yeah, that would probably work. I know some scanners will not accept a picture copy. Don't know about Xavier system.

So I chose the electronic version - and while I consider myself tech savvy, I'm struggling with this one as I've never used Apple wallet.
So do I just get the Apple wallet app and then log-in somehow to link them to download my tickets to the Apple wallet?

You probably already have the wallet on your iphone. When you download them there they will show up. Around game time you open the wallet and your tickets should be there.

I think my issue was that I was trying to download my tickets from my desktop and was getting an error message.
I downloaded from my phone and all is good. Thanks.

I don’t particularly like the idea of having to go into “My Account” to manage sending tickets to someone else. Does anyone know if you can simply forward the email you received with the links to the tickets to another person and then they download them as well to their Apple Wallet?

I've never tried it that way.

I've transferred my tickets to tomorrow's game to a friend who can't use them now.
I'm trying to figure out how to send them to someone else. I see the option to "reissue" but those tickets don't show up as an option to do that. I've waited on hold numerous times today with ticket office and was unable to get through. I sent an email today with no answer. Anybody know how to do this?

I believe your friend needs to send them back to you before you can forward them again

I’m going to confirm tonight if my method for transferring tickets works. I forwarded the original email, with the links to each game’s tickets, to another person (whom I obviously trust). He was able to download one of the tickets for tonight’s game to his Apple wallet. I had already downloaded both of my tickets to my wallet. We will be arriving together. He will attempt to use his first. If there is something embedded or encoded that precludes his e-ticket from being scanned then we will just use the two e-tickets in my wallet.

Sounds logical. Otherwise, you could have people sitting on your lap if they change their minds.
BJ, any issues with parking at Dana's for the Ohio State game? Pre-game and post-game drinks, but we want to leave one car there and go to the Cintas Center with one cushy parking pass. Let me know. Look forward to seeing you next week. Thanks.

If you have both and he only has one, you’ll just need to make sure you scan the one that he’s not using. If you try to scan the one he’s using after he’s in, you’re should be rejected.

Tonight is the last game with the gravel lot being closed. Both lots will be open through the end of the year. See you next week!

This is what I got from the ticket office. It worked:
"We apologize for the delay. We’ve been extremely busy with phone calls over the past week.
If your friend has already accepted the tickets, then he has to transfer them back to you. If he has not accepted them, you can click on ‘Pending Transfers’ in your account and cancel the transfer from there to then resend to someone else."
