Been to both home games thus far and I can say they look pretty good. They don't wear down towards the end of games. The substitution has been pretty solid too. Their center mids are pretty impressive as well. They play very good as a team.

If you click through tot he coaches' poll on the same site, it has Xavier as the third team in "Others Receiving Votes". So the team still is searching for a bit of national respect. They'll just have to take that respect by force in the upcoming NCAA Tournament.

They were in the top 25 earlier in the season before their first loss to #25 Georgetown.

Next match will be next Thursday in the semis between the winner of the 4-5 seed game which will be determined after Thursday’s games this week.

I plan on attending the game on 11/4 and 11/7. They always have a great crowd too.

First Round winners advance to the Semifinals, slated for Nov. 4. By way of its regular-season championship and accompanying No. 1 seed, Xavier will serve as host of the BIG EAST Championship Semifinals and Final. Xavier will play the 5:00p game according to the present schedule.

Great season for the women's soccer team. Tough to lose in the tournament 1-0. Bummer.
