Carter not playing last 3 minute of regular season (or overtime) means like X wins. It is that simple.

Wait until Carter announces that he will be returning for another year. I feel bad for Carter. He tries but he isn’t at this level and is being put in harms way by this coaching staff. The coaches should know better and they don’t for whatever reason.

Disappointed the last four points of the game were all scored at the stripe. Not disappointed that I don’t have to watch this particular team play again.

Odom seems like the kinda guy to take this personally - as Jordan would say. I’m excited to see what he brings moving forward.

I have been in that position and gracefully told the coach that I thought that another player would help the team more by playing behind closed doors. That is that is so exasperating to me..my handle (Whopper) says that I like less talented white players(google billy paultz) but this was inexplicable.

I really hate to contribute to the obvious pile on but that was one of the worst coached games I can truly remember. That almost felt like a practical joke. No sugar coating it, just plain objectively bad coaching tonight that cost us the game.

Another disappointing end to the season and many "pause the tv" worthy coaching head scratches.

When is the last time X missed 3 straight tourneys? Early 80s?

Looking like it might be 4 or 5 straight unless Steele recruits some shooters and an actual center. No more 6'9 centers that live behind the 3pt line

Odom - will be very good but can't shoot outside of 3 ft.
Jones - Good defender. Also cannot shoot
Tandy - probably the best shooter on the team but can't get on the floor. Hope he transfers to get PT
Scruggs - thought he would have a big year but faded down the stretch.
Carter - absolute trash
Freemantle - good when he doesn't have to go against a true center. Horrible defender
Miles - looked serviceable when he go in the game but Steele never looked his way. Hoping he transfers to get some actual PT somewhere.
Ramsey - injuries suck and are out of his control but Steele is wasting a 4 year scholarship on him.
Griffin - better than Carter but never got on the floor
Witcher - kid can shoot. Needs to be better on defense
Kunkel - was supposed to light it up from 3. Had 1 great game and then shot like Welage the rest of the season.
Stanley - didnt play enough. Should help next year
Johnson - best player on the team.
