Maybe the team needs to see a psychiatrist

I am at a loss, not trying to rationalize for Stele but maybe we’ve all over rated this entire team, from coaching staff on down. X can’t score against the worst defensive team in the league, it’s become too typical. We’ve had plenty of good looks close in and consistently brick them. Yeah I know we all think we take too many threes, but, for the most part our supposed good shooters are missing. I’m totally confused I don’t know what this is but it isn’t Xavier basketball. Was any one surprised that X gave up a three with 10 seconds left to go down eight, hell , we’ve seen that since the Mack years. Thanks for letting me rant.

It is proving to be true. There is justification for saying it's better to win an upper non power conference as opposed to being a middle tier major conference team.

There is something to winning no matter who it is. When you win year in and year out it becomes your culture. That is what carries into March success not being .500 in conference or worse every year.

A lot of you won't agree, but Gonzaga and Xavier before the Big East are proof of this.

When we played Creighton we ran a disciplined offense with movement. We drove to the basket and were't tentative. And there was energy on defense. How can a team that plays that well lay a complete egg against a bad team like Marquette.

It really is wild that this team went off and blew Oklahoma off the floor. Oklahoma was ranked 7th up until last week and this Xavier team annihilated them by outgunning them.

We are beyond weak down low. Our owner option was for our guards to be food shooters and out shoot opponents. Losing Johnson didn’t help.
