Or should I say, “Lack of coverage.”

It’s a very strange feeling indeed hardly seeing X being mentioned by any major media organization.

Not even ESPN’s coverage of the Big East Media Day mentioned X (at all) unless I missed something.

I’m not all that sure X even deserves to be mentioned, but it just feels Pretty-pretty strange.

Goodness, I hope this is the last preseason in a long time we experience X being so uncertain in terms of proven talent and therefore so unnewsworthy.

It would be helpful to still have Shannon on the beat.

I blame George Bush and the liberal MSM who hate Catholic schools.

I blame the fact that we have a coach no one has ever heard of and a bunch of players no one has ever heard of. Hopefully that all changes soon.

Regardless....I'm so excited about this team. Every year is exciting and hopeful, but I really think this team will be more fun to watch than the last couple of editions. We'll see, of course, but the talent seems to have balanced itself out some and there is reason to hope that there will be more sharing, more pace, and more fun than the last couple of teams.

LMAO...you're not wrong! Also the theme for this BE season is UConn's return, so that's definitely going to get the majority of the play beyond the national story worthy teams (Villanova, and I guess Creighton if you believe in them) in the pre-season.
