I think it depends on how you define 'determine the election'. I agree that if Texas goes Blue it's over for Trump. I think that the same probably can be said of Florida. I don't think either state will ultimately go to the Democrats though. If Biden wins I think it's because he gets the Great Lakes and PA back.
