Hello Everybody,
I was wondering what has been established about the game time thursday (est), how best to get tickets (1. do season ticket holders have any available, 2. stubhub has some for 150 about, 3. scalpers more or less?), and how the travel options have panned out - the best scenario looks like Nashville to Tuscon for about 300 bucks.
What'cha got?

I've heard 7 pm, anyone know if that's local time or eastern time?

From Dow's blog:
Xavier vs. West Virginia, 7:10 p.m. Eastern, 4:10 p.m. in Phoenix per the updated bracket just emailed by the NCAA (Note, Phoenix is on Mountain Standard Time -- not Mountain Daylight Savings Time. Arizona is one of the few states that intelligently ignore the absurdity of daylight savings time).

Okay, okay, this is good. What about season ticket holders and obtaining postseason tix?
Any story's of scalping from 04?

Season ticket holders were already given the option to enter the pool for tickets from the allotment. If you didn't already get in, it's too late.

I just saw 2 tickets for the Thursday and Saturday game on craigslist.com for $120.00 a pair.
Check it out.

No, but I trade pizza for beer - that continues to work out.

If you're going, buy those. I just got back home from DC (I think I may still be drunk). We paid $270 a piece for tickets to yesterdays Purdue game. Much like Duke did, UCLA will drive up the prices of tickets on the street.
I would strongly advise purchasing tickets before you get there.

tickets in atlanta were no problem, but there were 40,000 of them. i would imagine they'd be harder to come by and more expensive out in phoenix. i for one am not brave enough to travel three time zones away without advanced tickets, but that's just me. i wouldn't discourage anyone from doing that, though. at the very least you'll have a great story to tell once it's over.
right now, i'm content to find a good place to watch the game back in cincinnati. i want to see the game, hear the game, and be around a lot of other xavier fans. if i can manage that i'll be happy.
