First I thought LHS was a group of passionate XU hoops supporters.
Second did Bob Staak audit these results.

LH award looks to be something the coaches decide. If so, I think where they awarded it says something. I’m not sure exactly what, but I sure do find it interesting...hmmmm.

I've never attended these but I always pondered, "What's the turnout for these?"
How much is the donation?

As LHS Secretary, we sponsor the award, but have zero say in who receives it. It is the "Coaches Award" voted on by the Coaches.
I will refrain from offering an opinion as to the result other than to say Congratulations to Q, thanks for your efforts and work and best wishes on your journey going forward.
He gave his all to Xavier for 4 years and has an Elite 8 on his belt that he had much to do with accomplishing, something not many Xavier players have.
Thank You Quentin. Don't be a stranger.

Naji coming up empty explains a lot about the dumpster fire we sat thru this season. He must have been the heart of the problem, for the coaches to shut him out. Makes me think next year might be pretty good.

Not sure it says anything about next year. But I do think that it does says something about this past year, and about Naji’s decision to go pro now. I also think that it says something about Q, in a positive sense.

Congratulations to him and wishing nothing but the best for him and his family as he goes forth.

a little depressing to see Naj shut out even though not wild about his play at times; it does say a lot about what happened in locker room. Really flat out won 3 games with a 3, should have been a 4th against Marquette and scored the go ahead on senior night to set up Baldwins shot (which we misplayed but benefited from the biggest illegal pick on a game winning shot by Nze since Karl Malone flattened Drexler in 97 for Stockton's 3). If Baldwin's shot missed, we are at 20 wins and never play Depaul which would have ended season on an up note. Turns out it was meaningless. Man I hope sports recovers..I find it hard to believe that even if we open up in May and are fully functional by October that sports will not be front and center on people's minds if they are rebuilding their career.
