Yes you now can hire and NCAA certified agent and return. He won’t return to Xavier though as everyone knows. I hope he kills it at the next level.

You are correct. You can hire an agent and still return to school as long as you cut ties with that agent. Not sure if it's this year or next year where a player can go all the way through the draft process and return to school if they are undrafted as long as they notify their coach before 5PM the day after the draft

I read someone on twitter say that Naji did not sign with an approved agent so he can't return.

Not that he was going to anyway but if that is true he literally cant.
