There have been a couple 15 loss teams who got an at large. With zero research done I assume they had a few more quality wins than X does. Still, I can see a situation where finishing 3/4th in big east and getting to the finals would maybe get a play in game. Maybe 5% chance, and maybe more if all the dominos fall perfectly

If Seton Hall and Creighton both win their last games, I think they are locks. Crazy to think that even in a "down" year, BE may still get half their teams in.

I disagree. On paper, Marquette has the formula for a good run in the Tourney this year. As a team, they shoot 40% from 3. 77% from the line. They have size, experience, depth, point distribution and a proven alpha dog.

They should be fine when they go up against teams that don’t have a mile of tape on them and play them 2 or 3 times a year.

Then again, I had Seton Hall making a deep run in 2016, so what do I know.
