it is still going to suck...it is still two hours long with way too much overblown who gives a crap analysis from people who claim to be experts. If Turner gave a shit, which we know they don't, they would limit it to a half hour show and they could save the bs analysis from people who want to torture themselves thru that after.

What was better than the 1 hour show where they reveal each bracket one by one, with a commercial in between? I love the suspense of listening to Greg Gumbel as the names flip over onto the bracket.

Now we get 2 hours and we get a list beforehand and then we go through the brackets blah blah blah. Stop messing with it. It was so perfect a few years ago.

Absolutely idiotic to make it longer than an hour, and to take away the suspense. It ruins a part of the dramatic feel you get from it being March, like you guys have said there's really nothing to worry about on our part, but I'm glad I'm in the middle of study week and not watching that crap show. I guarantee there will be another bracket leak this year, because nobody wants to sit through that. The TV heads are really ruining a very simple concept, and making it terrible.

Agree. I liked the 1 hour and the suspense. If they want to add another hour afterwards to get more in depth then I'm all for that too. Helps in filling out brackets.

It used to be 30 minutes to reveal the bracket, then 30 minutes of talk about it.

I have a bad feeling it will be 30 minutes to reveal the teams, then 30 minutes to reveal the bracket. I'm curious to see how they do it, but if it ends up like the first two-hour one a couple of years ago that was a complete disaster, I'll be less motivated to make it appointment TV in the future.

I'm mostly interested to see how this "reveal all 64 teams first" piece works. Will they just flash all 64 teams on the screen at once? Will it be by conference? In some random order? I think the most interesting would be to do it by seed (here are all the 1's, here are all the 2's). You'd see which 16s we could play, which 8/9's could be in the second round, so there would still be some of that drama of "I hope we don't get paired up with that 8," or "We'd match up well with that 9."

I wasnt really thinking about how they would reveal the teams all first but someone said maybe with seed. That would be the best way to do it that would still cause some drama, hoping to be bracketed with certain teams you know have a certain seed that would matchup with your team. That might have the potential to be pretty cool, I didnt think of them doing it that way.

If it is alphabetical that is dumb.Yeah, going seed by seed could be really fun, especially as you get to the double digit seeds and everyone starts holding their breath. If you just do it alphabetical, you might miss who was left out until after the fact.

They will most probsbly play in different sessions, there is a noon session and a 6pm session. They clear it out between sessions. So that may be a moot point for many.

For those that might be going. (As I am)

On Saturday there is a big Irish Festival in Nashville’s Riverside Park. There is also the annual Beerfest in downtown Franklin, which is about 20 miles straight south down I-65 from Nashville. It’s gokng to be a BIG PARTY weekend in Music City!
