they beat PC at Dunkin, and should have beaten Creighton. With nothing to lose could Cain, Mccallum , Struss go nuts? I hope not. I watched the highlights from Dec and it seemed that we had zero respect for Struss and could not adjust to Roberts speed. I think Mack had that handled now but I am a little worried. I thought when Struss went out they would play better..We are so sloppy with ball. I think we need to treat them with more respect and protect the ball. Gates and Kanter(2) live balls surprising to me. Thanks God for Scruggs and Goodin cold today(finally). Hope for a better second half. My problem is that I have been rooting for DePaul all year against Villanova, Butler, Creighton etc and actually feel a little bad but must control it.

Sloppy. Out of control. Bad shots. Bad passes. Seniors not taking good shots.

But at least Scruggs and Naji are hustling their tails off: only two players really giving it their all. These two have been Superb.

This should be a blowout. It's the same thing almost every game: Theteam plays well. Builds a lead and then plays sloppy for long stretches. A bit concerning that this is still happening. Make always chooses to let them play through it but it really cuts into the lead and drains confidence in our players, making a closer game than it ever has to be.

Looking forward to seeing Tre to step up and the rest of the team to start playing like Naji and Scruggs- Time to pull away and win the BE outright.

We did not respect them. Kanter is wonderful but driving away from basket, drawing hard double and cross court passing off back foot is a loser.. I think DePaul converted every one of his four turnovers. Cyrus hurt us last year and has a nice mid range game. Thank God we won and they will be tough next year. I have to admit I rooted for them all year on Fox against the Butler, Creighton (but not X)

Getting it done is all that matters, we win the Big East out right which is no small feat. Not our best game, but they found a way to get a win. 10-0 in games decided by 6 points or less, that's a team with some grit and they know how to close it out when necessary. Plenty to improve on, but plenty to be happy about, time to curb stomp either St. Johns or Georgetown now.
