Would be the most 2 stupifying back to back wins for a team on a 11 game losing streak and 0-11 in any conf in NCAA history beating Duke and Nova back to back games and at #1 on the road.

I don't believe what I just seen. An 0-11 team in the BE gets back to back wins vs #4 and #1 and #1 on the road.............too bad Florida State screwed the pooch could have had the top 2 go down.

Right now I think Nova is the 2nd #1 seed behind Virginia. Purdue still likely the 3rd #1 and still have to win at Michigan State. If Purdue loses at Michigan State Saturday could they move X above them to 3rd #1 ?

Auburn still in the mix down 10 at home to A&M right now. If Auburn loses that clears a direct path to a #1 seed for sure with a win over Creighton on Sunday's show.

I've said it once ill say it again... Purdue really is not a top 3 team. The 7 footers are nice but getting fat in a weak Big 10 just isn't impressive. They will be exposed come tournament time.

That being said Nova is still a one seed right now. With Auburn losing I dont think a 2 loss Nova team falls off the top line yet. When so many teams lose near the top things tend to stay how they were. Tgere will be some shuffling but unless Nova loses again this weekend I dont see them falling off the top line

Well, Marquette isn't a bottom 3 team, and they actually just significantly improved their tournament chances with a top 25 road win, so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

Perfect opp for us to secure a #1 seed - not just the 4th #1 seed. We probably need to run the table in regular season games to do that. At least we don't have to get past St John. I doubt St John's can win the BE Tourney because they only play 6 or 7 deep - so winning 4 games in 4 days unlikely. Ponds will do his best to carry the torch though. I would welcome them to the Dance though, ala UConn in 2014 when they were a #9 seed in BE Tourney & became National Champs.

While being good, Duke only plays 6 players

The last two games have been more Ponds than Mullin. If Ponds can keep it up, they will take out a few more teams. If you are going to NY for the Tournament I recommend watching St. John's the atmosphere last year when they played was awesome.

Agreed, he's been Kemba Walker mode more than anything. I hope he does keep it up and causes a little magic, I know it's unrealistic they win out the regular season, but it's fun to think about things like that.

The gross part is St. John's in the Big 10 is better than say a Northwestern who could make a bubble run. If St. John's runs the table they will only be 7-11 but win 2 games BET that is 9-12. Is 9-12 in BE with projected RPI of around 40 in that scenario good enough for an at large? IDK id say no starting 0-11 but it's an interesting argument

They need to run the table to get to 7-11 & at least make it to the BE Finals. I also think they lose a couple more BE Reg Season games as their Opponents have been woken up.
