I don't think I get any bragging rights with a Shocker Final Four. I just live here. Definitely makes this town more fun when the Shockers are making waves, though.

For the first time in my life I just said I love Tom Crean. Makes me wince though just to type that, that arrogant prick.

Like I am always saying, Crean is a genius who knows his hoops.

I am upset that he beat me too it though, because I am also predicting a Xavier National Championship.

I talked to the athletic director about it last year since I work with his wife. He basically gave me the "Why the fuck are you talking to me" look, and the conversation ended. I blew my chance when I met Gregg Marshall last summer at my neighbor's birthday party. He's a big enough donor that Gregg Marshall comes to his birthday party. Lynn Marshall was the DD that night, so she was just drinking wine. But I forgot to bring up Xavier. Dammit!

So I'd say it's basically 99% done deal.

Wow, I would never thought I had anything good to say about Tom Crean and my kid went to IU. Gotta like the love though from Crean, Fraschilla and Goodman. As long as we can avoid big injuries to our PG's, Trevon and JP I think we will have a chance to be really good. I think Naji and Kanter are really going to help us.

I'm picturing Jason Sudeikis and Kevin Spacey's wife in Horrible Bosses. Don't know why as I don't know these people...but that's what I'm picturing.
