Anyone know if X pursued a charity exhibition game with, say OSU, or some other school ?

They already have a closed scrimmage with Ohio State next Sunday.
Why not sell tickets, and give to charity.

By design these scrimmages are not meant to be public events.

Absolutely true, but Kansas and Missouri are playing one of those scrimmages today and did sell tickets. It's also on pay per view TV. All for charity.

Do a lottery for tickets. Limit it to say 500-1000 and charge $100.00 a ticket. Give it all to charity.

That was because they asked the NCAA for a waiver to play a 3rd exhibition/scrimmage game and it was granted on the condition that all proceeds from tickets and television go to charitable causes.

That $40 price tag for the PPV is a little bit steep.
