Do I have this right?
UC's enrollment is 7 times the size of Xavier's...and we sell half again as many season tickets?
That's downright embarrassing.

Paul, did you not get the memo that they are a football school now?

X has 8000 season tickets sold. UC has 5200 sold and they will play in Kentucky. I will give UC a pass this year

Other than when they're playing another school that fields a football team.

Is this a joke? Maybe it is. Where they will be playing is more centrally located for all potential fans, safer and easier to park than where the college is located.

I did. It came with the memo about UNC being a respected academic institution.

This is why I found it hilarious when some on here got their panties in a bunch regarding the reseating process and even threatened to give up their seats. X has the leverage now.

Xavier grads are making money, not flipping burgers.

just goes to show with a good product, you can get a lot done. It was the perfect time for Christopher to do this.

And to think... we lose to DePaul in the BET and this could have been a disaster. It probably would have turned out okay, but you can bet the athletic department was on pins and needles in late February and early March.

Meh, most UC fans call this there best team in a long long time. There hasn't been this type of hype around a Mick coached UC team. 5200 is embarrassing

Do students even go to the games anymore? I hear they don't give a rip. Or is that the football team (and I use the term loosely)? I will freely and gladly admit, as a UC grad I don't exactly have my finger on the pulse of students and alumni regarding the Clifton University (and I use that term loosely as well).

Very strange as they do have a very good team this year. I think some of it has to do with the conference, some if it is that Mick is a polarizing coach that is very hard to like and some of it is just plain perplexing? They've had a winning program for several years in a row and 5200 season tickets with the alumni base they have in town? Embarrassing to say the least.
I do wonder if there's an option for buying only season tickets for BB? In the past I know they were trying to get you to buy both football and BB. I wouldn't want any part of that FB program right now either.

They've got a good team, but not many of their fans want to go all the way to NKU to see them.

Not sure where that number came from, but they have less than a hundred season tickets left out of the 6,500 allotment according to the athletic department.
