Because ESPN's basketball recruiting coverage is a complete joke.

I believe ESPN doesn’t list guy that are over the age of their class. I am not sure if Kennedy is, but that is their rule. That said, they still listed Ayton and the ASU guy this year Dort though they have to in their 20s.
