That would be a great get. Unfortunately, 247Sports has him likely going to Wake. But it does appear down to X and Wake for his services.

247 Crystal ball is a joke. I would never actually rely on what it says. Pretty sure it shows Kansas getting a 13 or so man class this year.

If the trend continues, he's going to Wake. Been a weird summer for recruiting for X. Been in a lot of kids' final 2 or 3, but haven't landed one of them. Disappointing.

i don't think i'd consider that a battle. i think his point was we've lost the bigger battles.

We've also landed guys like Sumner without a "battle". We still have so many quality players on our board. Just not at all concerned at this point.

I will say it probably doesn't hurt our chances, but doesn't mean we are a lock.

Eh even when we're a lock you're still weary of things being a lock. You never know what can happen until the recruit is actually on campus and suited up.

And even that isn't good enough lately looking at Taurean Thompson and Mitchell Robinson.
